What is called Central and Eastern Europe (or Eastern Europe) ?
Until 1989, the Iron Curtain marked the separation between these two parts of Europe. But we can now to find a more geographical definition.
Eastern Europe comprises : Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova.
Central Europe comprises : Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland.
